Executive Chef Christophe De Lellis

Mamani is led by Executive Chef Christophe De Lellis, a Paris native who brings to Dallas his long experience leading the kitchen at Joël Robuchon in Las Vegas. Chef De Lellis’ cooking, with its modern perspective and relaxed finesse, is inspired by his own Mamani, the Italian grandmother who first taught him to cook.

Our Story

Mamani takes its name from owners Brandon and Henry Cohanim’s grandma, whom they fondly call Mamani. A wonderful cook who divided her time between Paris and the South of France for much of her life, Mamani instilled in her grandsons their passion for great food and heartfelt hospitality. We’d love to have you join us for any kind of evening – from impromptu weeknight dinners to dazzling celebrations.
